Ⅱ. Production process
1. Design and mold opening: We have a professional design team that can perform 3D modeling and mold design based on the drawings or samples provided by customers. Advanced CAD/CAM software is used to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of mold design.
2. Mold flow analysis: After the mold design is completed, we use professional mold flow analysis software to simulate the filling, cooling, curing and other processes of the mold to predict and optimize potential problems in the production process and improve product quality and production efficiency.
